This site and the organization were built by a number of corporations and individuals who hold a sincere passion for philanthropic pursuits. We will be participating in our inaugural event on September 21st at Fiction Night Club in Toronto, Ontario. Details for this event will be released soon and often!

On September 21st at 8:30 pm a very special, philanthropic event takes place at Fiction Night Club in downtown Toronto. This event will be hosted by Brittney Palmer of UFC fame. This specific event is heavily supported by TapouT, MV Agusta, Argon 18, and FlatOut Industries.

The founders of TapouT - Timothy “SkySkrape” Katz and Dan “Punk Ass” Caldwell will be in attendance and will also be participating in the unveiling ceremony of the 2012 MV Agusta F4 RR. This motorcycle is being completely modified and rebranded by FlatOut Industries  into a one of a kind LIVESTRONG/TapouT Edition MV Agusta superbike. This very special motorcycle will be autographed live by PunkAss, Skrape, Brittney Palmer and other celebrities in attendance. Lance Armstrong will be autographing this motorcycle live in Austin, Texas, the following month at the Team LIVESTRONG Challenge. This motorcycle will be auctioned off to benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation and SickKids Foundation and the details of this auction will follow very soon.

The second piece being unveiled at this event will be a very interesting world’s first. Argon 18 builds and develops some of the finest road racing bicycles in the world. FlatOut Industries will be creating the official Argon E-116 illuminated road racing bicycle that will also go to online auction. Another exciting feature to this unveil will be Steve Bauer’s live participation. Steve Bauer is Canada’s most decorated and accomplished professional cyclist. He is an Olympic and World Championship medalist. At the Tour de France his track record is un-rivaled in Canadian cycling, he has won stages, worn the coveted leader’s yellow jersey 14 times.  We couldn’t be more excited to have Steve in attendance! Another very interesting item on display for this event will be another world first. FlatOut Industries will be unveiling a wirelessly activated illuminated long board. This is a big technological step forward from the skateboards that FlatOut Industries custom built for Justin Bieber’s Xmas present from his father last year
Tickets will not be sold for this event. The doors at Fiction Night Club will open up early for this event at 9:00 PM. The unveilings take place between 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Everyone is encouraged to make a monetary donation at the main entrance of the club.
